IIM Mumbai invites applications for one full-time Research Associate under the internationally funded Project Management Institute (PMI) project “Diversity in Project Teams: Exploring the Impact of Psychological Safety on Project Performance”
- The research examines how individual, group and organisational factors shape psychological safety in gender-diverse teams and how that affects performance
- Essential: post-graduation in Gender Studies, Social Sciences, Social Work, Psychology or an MBA in Human Resources
- Desirable: Master's, M.Phil. or Ph.D.; understanding of the corporate context and a good quantitative background with proficiency in survey research and experiments; qualitative research experience is an advantage
- Age below 30 years preferred; remuneration Rs.35,000 to Rs.40,000 per month consolidated; engagement for 89 days, extendable up to two years; no hostel accommodation
