Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIMA) requires a self-motivated and dynamic Manager - Security to carry out various job functions on a Tenure Based Scaled Contract.

- Ensure safe/secure campus and surrounding areas
- Managing and controlling authorized entry and exit of persons, vehicles and goods/materials
- Immediate action on reports of daily activities and irregularities (equipment/property damage, theft, unauthorized persons, unusual occurrences)
- Liaison with Government Officials and external agencies
- Smooth functioning of Institute Events and VIP Movements
- Implementation of Identity/Gate Passes during events and VIP movements
- Planning and implementing investigation and search procedures at entry/exit
- Installation and supervision of Fire Fighting Equipment and procedures along with staff training
- Scrutiny and verification of Invoices through SAP (ERP System)
- Handling security personnel, supervision and monthly reporting to General Manager, Engineering Services & Estate
- Regulating vehicular traffic/parking control
- Liaison with local police and lodging FIR on behalf of IIMA
- Helping foreign national students in FRRO Registration
- Fluent in Hindi and Gujarati, intermediate knowledge of English
- Dedication to work for long hours, fast-paced approach
- Good verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and integrity
- Good coordination with all departments
- Graduate in any discipline (Post Graduate degree in Management preferred)
- Minimum ten years of relevant experience
- Proficient in MS-Office; preference for candidates with SAP hands-on experience

- Tenure Based Scaled Contract for a fixed term of three years, extendable
