- Age: 18 to 25 years as on 09.09.2026. Upper age relaxation as per GoI norms for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD etc.
- Educational Qualification: Department-wise as per the vacancy table above (Bachelor/BE/B.Tech/Diploma/BLIS/B.Com/BCA as applicable).
- Gap Rule: Gap between last date of application (09.09.2026) and passing date of qualifying exam should not exceed 2 years.
- Nationality: Indian Nationals only.
- Ineligibility: Those already registered/undergone/undergoing apprenticeship training elsewhere are not eligible.

IIIT Bhagalpur Apprentices Recruitment 2026 – 21 Posts (Advt IIITBH/ADVT/NATS/2026/16) | Apply Online by 09 Sep
Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) Bhagalpur – an Institute of National Importance under the Ministry of Education, Govt. of India – invites online applications from eligible Indian Nationals for Apprenticeship Training for a period of 12 months under the Apprentices Act, 1961. Applications are invited through the NATS 2.0 portal only.

No other payment shall be made to apprentices. Reservation as per Govt. of India norms.
Age Limit (as on 09.09.2026)
Minimum 18 years and maximum 25 years. Relaxation in upper age limit as per Govt. of India guidelines for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD etc.
Eligibility Criteria
- Cut-off date for age, qualification etc.: 09.09.2026.
- The gap between the last date of application (09.09.2026) and the passing date of the qualifying degree/diploma examination should not be more than two years.
- Applicants who have already registered / undergone / undergoing apprenticeship training under the Apprenticeship Act elsewhere are not eligible to apply.
- Reservation provisions in force shall apply. SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS applicants must upload certificates during online application and furnish originals during document verification.
- OBC applicants claiming age relaxation must produce an OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) certificate issued after 01.04.2026.
- Applicants should have an active Aadhaar-seeded DBT-enabled bank account.
