Overview
Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) (Deemed to be University, Autonomous body under Department of Commerce, Govt. of India), a premier B-School, invites rolling applications for engagement of one experienced personnel as Consultant (IQAC) on a contract basis for a fixed term not exceeding 3 years, renewable yearly. Age Limit
Minimum 32 years and maximum 62 years as on the date of online application.
Duration
Purely on a contract basis for a fixed period not exceeding 3 years, renewable yearly. Tenure may be extended based on performance and Institute requirements.
Essential Qualification
- Post-Graduate / CA / CS / LLB Degree with 55% marks or equivalent CGPA.
- Academic writing and good command of the English language (both written and spoken).
- A minimum of 10 years experience of working in a similar position in a Higher Educational Institute or Institute of repute.
- Working knowledge of computer applications and packages.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating with Higher Bodies (MHRD, UGC) and University etc. for the latest information regarding quality parameters.
- Preparation and submission of the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) as per guidelines and parameters of NAAC.
- Organization of inter and intra institutional workshops, seminars on quality-related themes and promotion of quality circles.
- Good knowledge of rules, regulations, procedures and guidelines to lead a team of staff assigned in the cell and other administrative responsibilities of the IQAC Cell.
