- First Class B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering with minimum 02 years of experience in civil construction/design/maintenance works, OR First Class Diploma in Civil Engineering with excellent academic record and minimum 05 years of such experience.
- Desirable: building construction or plant/infrastructure maintenance experience; proficiency in estimates and BOQ; AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Age must not exceed 30 years as on the walk-in date (relaxation as per Central Government rules).
