Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Essential: Graduate / CA / CMA / CFA and CAIIB.
Desirable: 2 years course in MBA / PGDBA / PGDBM (Banking & Finance) or equivalent qualification; Ph.D. (Banking / Finance related topic).
Experience
Essential: Should have held the position of Senior Management Grade (Scale V & above) in a Public Sector Bank / Financial Institution or equivalent position in a Private Sector Bank.
Desirable: International Banking exposure; experience as Faculty in Bank / Financial Institution; published articles / books; Computer Savvy to work in a virtual environment.
Age Limit
Minimum 55 years and maximum 62 years as on 01.09.2026.
Remuneration
- Monthly remuneration of Rs. 1,25,000/- with an annual increment of Rs. 8,000/-, subject to applicable TDS.
- Up to Rs. 40,000/- per month for stay in leased accommodation at Gandhinagar (subject to documents).
- Conveyance charges up to Rs. 30,000/- per month.
- If leased accommodation is not availed, 15% of monthly remuneration paid towards stay arrangement.
- 15 days leave in a year (not encashable).
Contract Period & Place of Posting
The term of the contract is for 3 years, extendable for a further period of one year each time up to a maximum of 2 years or up to the age of 65 years (whichever is earlier). The contract may be terminated with a notice period of one month from either side. Place of posting is IIBF Professional Development Centre, Gift City, Gandhinagar.
Selection Process
Shortlisted candidates will have to appear for a personal interview before the selection committee at the Institute’s Corporate Office, Mumbai. Outstation candidates will be reimbursed Economy class airfare (to & fro).
