Eligibility
- Officers of Central/State Govt./Autonomous Body/PSU holding an analogous post, with a minimum 3-year Bachelor's degree in any discipline and working knowledge of computers (MS Office/PowerPoint); OR
- Upper Division Clerk in Level-4 (Rs. 25,500-81,100) with 10 years of regular service in the grade and a minimum 3-year Bachelor's degree + computer knowledge.
- Upper age limit: not exceeding 56 years as on the last date of receipt of application.
Tenure
Deputation initially for 2-3 years, extendable based on administrative requirement.
