Educational Qualifications

Young Professional-I (Finance & Accounts):

• B.Com / BBA / BBS with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University/College.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the relevant field.
• Knowledge of IT applications, virtual meeting platforms and computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Tally, etc.) will be an added advantage.

Young Professional-II (Finance & Accounts):

• B.Com / BBA / BBS with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University/College AND CA (Inter) / ICWA (Inter) / CS (Inter) with minimum 1 year experience in the relevant field.

OR

• B.Com with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University/College AND MBA (Finance) or equivalent with minimum 60% marks from a recognized Institution with minimum 1 year experience in the relevant field.
• Knowledge of IT applications, virtual meeting platforms and computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Tally, etc.) will be an added advantage.

Age Limit

21 to 45 years as on the date of advertisement. Relaxation as per Government of India rules.

Selection Procedure

Applications will be screened and shortlisted candidates will be called for a panel interview. If needed, a written examination may also be conducted for shortlisting of eligible candidates.

Terms & Conditions

• Initial engagement is for one year, extendable up to a maximum of three years (1+1+1) subject to requirement and satisfactory performance.
• No House Rent Allowance (HRA) or other allowance will be payable.
• Domestic tour TA/DA limits apply: AC-3 Tier/AC Chair Car for YP-I (DA Rs. 1,200/day); AC-2 Tier/AC Chair Car for YP-II (DA Rs. 1,500/day).
• Working hours match regular employees. Unauthorized absence of 8 continuous days leads to automatic termination.
• Income Tax will be deducted at source as per prevailing rules.
• Leave: 8 days casual leave and 2 restricted holidays per calendar year. Female YPs entitled to maternity leave.
• Positions are purely temporary and do not constitute a regular job offer.
• A signed Declaration of Secrecy and Non-Disclosure Agreement is mandatory before joining.
• Selected candidates must furnish police verification within 15 days of joining.
• Medical Fitness Certificate from an MBBS doctor required at own cost.
• No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the Exam/Interview.
