- Master's Degree in Sanskrit / History / Linguistics / Hindu Studies from a recognized University/Institute +
- Basic knowledge of Indian Knowledge Systems +
- Proficiency in Devanāgarī Unicode typing +
Desirable Qualifications & Experience

- Ph.D./MPhil in Sanskrit/ History/ Linguistics/ Hindu Studies +
- UGC NET/JRF in any of the aforementioned subjects +
- 6 months working experience in Sanskrit literature/ IKS/ Manuscriptology/ Epigraphy/ Rāmāyaṇa/ Mahabharata/ Purāṇas/ Upaniṣads +
- Experience in academic research +
- Working knowledge of ancient scripts such as Brāhmī, Kharoṣṭhī, Śāradā, Grantha, and other Brāhmic scripts +
