Educational Qualification (Essential)

+
• Master's Degree in Sanskrit / History / Linguistics / Hindu Studies from a recognized University/Institute
+
• Basic knowledge of Indian Knowledge Systems
+
• Proficiency in Devanāgarī Unicode typing
+

Desirable Qualifications & Experience

+
• Ph.D./MPhil in Sanskrit/ History/ Linguistics/ Hindu Studies
+
• UGC NET/JRF in any of the aforementioned subjects
+
• 6 months working experience in Sanskrit literature/ IKS/ Manuscriptology/ Epigraphy/ Rāmāyaṇa/ Mahabharata/ Purāṇas/ Upaniṣads
+
• Experience in academic research
+
• Working knowledge of ancient scripts such as Brāhmī, Kharoṣṭhī, Śāradā, Grantha, and other Brāhmic scripts
+
