Eligibility Details
- Projects discipline: BE/BTech in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical with 60% marks (desirable MBA Finance); experience in project appraisal/financial modelling/PPP, project planning/execution
- Finance discipline: CA/CMA (inter/final as per post) or MBA Finance with 60% marks; experience in financial management/budgeting/credit appraisal/risk management/ERP
- Experience cut-off: 11 years (DGM), 7 years (AGM), 5 years (Senior Manager) OR CTC threshold 127.46 lakh (DGM)/122.79 lakh (AGM)/118.99 lakh (SM) p.a. for candidates from non-Govt pay scales (private public ltd co)
- Must have worked in CPSE/Govt JV/Public Limited Company; preference to Banks/NBFCs/Financial Institutions for Finance
- Age as on 01/08/2026: DGM 45y, AGM 40y, SM 35y; relaxation 5y SC/ST, 3y OBC-NCL, PwBD as per rules
