The Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (HPPSC), Shimla, has invited Online Recruitment Applications (ORA) for initial selection of 26 candidates for undergoing Pre-Induction Training at MSHIPA through Preliminary Entrance Examination followed by Main Entrance Examination for Induction in Himachal Pradesh Finance & Accounts Service as Section Officer.

Syllabus Highlights

• Preliminary: 120 MCQs - English and Hindi (40), Omnibus Accounts (40), FRSR and HPFR 2009 (40)
• Main Paper-I: Precis, letter writing, noting and drafting - English (75 marks) and Hindi (75 marks)
• Main Paper-II: Omnibus Accounts - Pay Fixation, Pension, T.A., LTC, Leave, GPF
• Main Paper-III: Fundamental Rules and Supplementary Rules, HP Financial Rules 2009

Key Instructions

• Candidate must have 3 years regular service in HP Govt. Departments as on closing date
• NOC from employer required for Main Examination
• Maximum 5 chances allowed for appearing in the Entrance Examination
• Bond of Rs. 5,00,000 required for serving Government for 5 years after training
• Minimum pass marks: 40% in each paper and 45% aggregate (5% relaxation for reserved)
