Research Project

Research on High-Efficiency Ultra-Precision Damage-Free Machining of Third-Generation Semiconductor Substrates

The selected candidates will assist the Project Leader in conducting research aimed at developing advanced machining technologies for next-generation semiconductor materials.

Key Responsibilities

The appointees will:

• Assist the Project Leader in executing the research project.

• Conduct research on ultra-precision machining technologies.

• Participate in experimental investigations, data analysis, and technical documentation.

• Support the development of innovative manufacturing processes for third-generation semiconductor substrates.

• Contribute to research publications and project deliverables.

Eligibility Criteria

Postdoctoral Fellow

Applicants should have:

• A doctoral degree or equivalent qualification.

• No more than five years of post-qualification experience at the time of application.

Research Associate

Applicants should have:

• A Master's degree or a good honours degree.

• At least three years of research or relevant work experience.

Research Assistant

Applicants should have:

• An honours degree or an equivalent qualification.
