- Assistant: Bachelor's degree + 3 yrs UDC/equivalent (L-4) or 8 yrs LDC (L-2) experience; computer knowledge. Age 35.
- Private Secretary: Bachelor's + 3 yrs PA experience; Steno 120 wpm (Eng)/100 wpm (Hin); Typing 35/30 wpm. Age 35.
- Personal Assistant: Bachelor's + Steno 100 wpm + Typing 35/30 wpm + 2 yrs experience. Age 35.
- Sr. Technical Assistant (Auto CAD): B.Tech + Diploma in Auto CAD OR Master's (Physics/Maths/Computer) + Auto CAD Diploma. Age 35.
- Sr. Technical Assistant (HAPPRC): Master's in Biotechnology/Microbiology/Biochemistry/Environmental Science/Agriculture Science/Plant Science/Botany. Age 35.
- Assistant Engineer (Civil): First Class B.E./B.Tech (Civil) + 3 yrs experience as JE/equivalent. Age 40.
- Junior Engineer (Civil/Electrical): B.E./B.Tech (Civil/Electrical) + 1 yr experience OR Diploma + 3 yrs experience. Age 35.
- Sr. Technical Assistant (ICT): B.E./B.Tech (CS/IT)/MCA/M.Sc (CS) with 55% marks + 3 yrs software experience. Age 35.
- Horticulturist: M.Sc Agriculture (Horticulture) or M.Sc Botany + 3 yrs experience (or B.Sc Ag + 5 yrs). Age 40.
- AIPRO: Master's in Journalism & Mass Communication (55%) + 3 yrs editorial experience. Age 40.
- Sports Coach: Master's in Physical Education + NIS Diploma + 2 yrs coaching experience. Age 35.
