HLL Lifecare Limited (HLL), a Mini Ratna Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, invites applications for the position of Senior Operations Manager – Mental Health on Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) basis (Ref. Code HLL/HR/074/2026).

Qualifications & Experience
- Essential: Graduation in Science with MBA in Marketing / Operations.
- Essential: Minimum 6 years post-qualification experience in operations management, establishment and management of multi-location wellness centres, programme implementation and service delivery in mental health, behavioural wellness, healthcare, rehabilitation or allied sectors.
- Desirable: Experience in Government or institutional projects, partnerships, client acquisition, proposal development and reporting.
Gross Salary: approx. Rs. 70,945 (Non-Metro). Annual CTC: approx. Rs. 10.07 Lakh (at minimum of scale).
