HLL Lifecare Limited (HLL), a Mini Ratna Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, invites applications for the position of Assistant General Manager – Mental Health on Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) basis (Ref. Code HLL/HR/073/2026).

Qualifications & Experience
- Essential: Graduation in Science with MBA in Marketing / Operations Management.
- Essential: Minimum 12 years post-qualification experience in business development, institutional sales or project development in mental health, behavioural wellness, healthcare, rehabilitation or allied services.
- Desirable: Experience in Government business, partnerships with healthcare institutions or NGOs, client acquisition, proposal and bid development, national or multi-location project implementation.
Gross Salary: approx. Rs. 1,21,620 (Non-Metro). Annual CTC: approx. Rs. 17.06 Lakh (at minimum of scale).
