- Management Trainee (Technical): B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc (Chemistry / Microbiology / Biotechnology) / M.Sc in relevant discipline with minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST) from a recognised university.
- Management Trainee (Non-Technical): MBA / PGDM / CA / CMA / LLB / MCA / B.Tech (IT / CS) in relevant discipline with minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST).
- Age limit: 21 – 28 years (as on 21 July 2026). Relaxation: SC/ST +5 yrs, OBC (NCL) +3 yrs, PwD +10 yrs, Ex-servicemen as per Govt. of India rules.

HLL Lifecare Limited (a Government of India Mini-Ratna Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare) has released the Admit Card / Hall Ticket for the recruitment of Management Trainee (Technical & Non-Technical disciplines) on a regular basis. The Computer Based Test is scheduled to be held on 23 August 2026.

Management Trainee – pay scale Rs. 30,000 – 1,20,000 (CTC approx. Rs. 7 – 8 lakh per annum) during training. On successful completion of training and absorption, placement in the Executive E-1 grade with pay scale Rs. 40,000 – 1,40,000 + DA, HRA, medical, PF and other perks as per HLL rules.
Selection Process
- Computer Based Test (CBT) – qualifying in nature.
- Group Discussion / Group Task – qualifying.
- Personal Interview (final selection based on combined CBT + Interview score, weightage 70:30).
- Document Verification and Medical Fitness.
