Eligibility

• Open to candidates retired from PSUs (incl. Hindustan Copper Limited), Government/Semi-Government organizations (incl. Defence) or Private organizations of repute.
• Maximum age limit 63 years on the date of walk-in interview.
• Minimum 20 years experience as Mine Foreman in underground metalliferous mines.
• Must possess valid Foreman's Certificate of Competency (Un-restricted) and valid First Aid Certificate.
• Engagement initially for 1 year, extendable (total not more than 5 years, subject to upper age limit of 65 years).
• Candidates must bring filled application form, self-attested photocopies and original certificates to the walk-in interview.
• Educational Qualification: Matric/Class 10th Pass + Minimum 20 years experience as Mine Foreman in underground metalliferous mines + valid Foreman's Certificate of Competency (Un-restricted) + valid First Aid Certificate
