- Applicant must be a resident of the village/ward for which the licence is sought.
- Minimum qualification is 10+2 (12th pass).
- Basic computer knowledge certificate is required.
- Age must be between 21 and 45 years.
- Applicant must not be a close family member of the Sarpanch/MC as prescribed, and any previously cancelled FPS licence must be disclosed.
