No. HAL/CHRC-TAR/RECT-03/2026. Selected candidates will be posted across HAL's Production, Overhaul and Service Divisions, R&D Centres and Offices at Bengaluru and Tumakuru (Karnataka), Hyderabad (Telangana), Nasik (Maharashtra), Koraput (Odisha), Barrackpore (West Bengal), Lucknow, Kanpur and Korwa (Uttar Pradesh). Eligibility
- Regular/full-time Degree in Engineering/Technology (10+2+4 system) in the eligible branches of the relevant discipline.
- Minimum aggregate marks: 60% for UR/OBC-NCL/EWS; 50% for SC/ST/PwBD.
- Upper age limit: not above 28 years as on 17.10.2026 (UR/EWS); relaxations: 5 yrs SC/ST, 3 yrs OBC-NCL, 10 yrs PwBD, 5 yrs J&K domicile; overall ceiling 55 yrs (56 for PwBD).
- Tenure: maximum 3 years from date of engagement (no extension).
Remuneration
- Inducted in E0 Pay Scale (2017) of DPE - Rs. 30,000-1,20,000.
- Basic Pay Rs. 30,000 + Dearness Allowance + HRA (as per city) + Cafeteria Allowance @35% of Basic; 3% annual increment in 2nd & 3rd year; medical, leave, PF/gratuity benefits as per policy.
