Eligibility
- Age: minimum 45 years (on DOV); must have the prescribed residual service (2 years for internal / 3 years for others) w.r.t. the date of superannuation (60 years)
- Employment status: must be employed in a regular capacity in a CPSE, Central Government Group ‘A’ officer, SPSE/private company/JV with annual turnover ≥ Rs.5,000 crore, etc.
- Qualification: Engineering Graduate / Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant / Post Graduate / Graduate with MBA/PGDIM from a recognised institute. PG in Naval/Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Marine Engineering is an added advantage
- Experience: at least 5 years (during the last 10 years) in Finance/BD/Production/Operations/Marketing/Project Management/Ship Design/Shipbuilding/Ship Repairs in a large organisation of repute
