We are now inviting applications for the position of Head – Academic Administration at our Gurugram campus.

Role Objective

The Head of Academic Administration will ensure that all programs at Great Lakes, Gurugram are executed as per academic norms, standards, and the academic calendar. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage academic operations seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the nodal officer for all academic administration activities, encompassing academic support and records management.
• Lead administrative staff and teaching assistants to ensure smooth conduct of academic activities.
• Plan and conduct the annual convocation as Convener.
• Manage academic records, student onboarding, and service requests.
• Oversee accreditation processes, ranking survey requirements, and academic data repositories.
• Ensure effective use of Learning Management Platforms for offline, online, and hybrid modes.
• Implement teaching-learning evaluation systems and feedback processes.
• Manage academic misconduct reports, disciplinary actions, and grievance resolution.
• Provide support for strategic planning and institutional progress to the Management/Board.

Qualifications

• MBA (Tier 1) with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar role within the higher education industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication skills – fluency in English is essential; knowledge of a national language is an advantage.
• Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and prior experience with Learning Management Systems.
• Problem-solving ability, detail orientation, and strong presentation skills.
