- Research Scientist-II: MD/DNB in Biochemistry/Microbiology from an NMC-recognised college with 2 years' research experience; OR M.Sc., PhD in Biochemistry/Microbiology/Genetics with 2 years' R&D experience, with bioinformatics and sequencing-technology knowledge.
- Research Scientist-I: M.Sc., PhD in Biochemistry/Microbiology/Genetics with 2 years' research experience.
- Lab Technician: B.Sc. in Life Sciences or B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT).
- Lab Assistant cum DEO (Grade A): 12th in Science subjects + 2-year DMLT with computer qualification; OR B.Sc. in Computer Science.
