- B.Sc Nursing (4-year) or B.Sc Nursing (Post Basic) (2-year) from INC/State Medical Faculty recognised institute, registered as Nurse & Midwife; OR
- GNM Diploma from an INC recognised institute, registered as Nurse & Midwife, with two years' experience in a minimum 50-bedded hospital.
- Only permanent residents (Domicile) of Uttar Pradesh are eligible for reserved posts.
