Job Specification
- Assembly, Maintenance & troubleshooting of Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic components of Large Calibre Gun.
- Should be able to read and understand the Technical and Maintenance documents of the gun.
- To address the issues of guns during firing as well as post firing. Other related work as per job requirement.
Educational Qualification & Experience
- Educational: NTC/NAC or Engineering Diploma/Degree in relevant Trade/Field from recognised institutes having affiliation with Govt.
- Experience: At least 02 years experience in relevant work area in a well reputed company/organisation supported by experience certificate from the employer.
- Apprenticeship training of one year and above may be considered as one year work experience (for ITI candidates possessing NAC) as per Apprenticeship Rules, 1992.
- The contract worker should be able to give output within 10 days’ time from the date of engagement.
Selection Procedure
- Selection based on marks of essential technical qualification and Trade Test/Interview (50-50% weightage).
- Minimum 40% marks required in each (Practical/Trade Test & Written Test/Interview). 5% relaxation for SC/ST candidates only.
- Candidate not securing minimum marks in any component will be declared Not Qualified.
