(AWEIL) - invites online applications from Indian citizens for Fixed Tenure Contract Based Engagement of Design Engineer (Mechanical / Electrical-Electronics). Engagement is initially for a period of ONE year, extendable up to a maximum of THREE years based on project requirement and individual performance.

Educational Qualification
- Essential - Mechanical: B.E./B.Tech (4-year full-time) in Mechanical / Automobile / Production Engineering from a recognised University/Institution/College with minimum 55% marks.
- Essential - Electrical/Electronics: B.E./B.Tech (4-year full-time) in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Electronics & Communication / Electronics & Instrumentation / Instrumentation & Control Engineering with minimum 55% marks.
- Certified CAD/CAE course (Mechanical) from any Govt. accredited institution or authorised training centre of software OEMs (if part of curriculum, A+ or equivalent grade required).
- Certified MATLAB/Simulink/EDA course (Electrical/Electronics) from any Govt. accredited institution or authorised training centre.
- Desirable: Post-graduation (M.E./M.Tech) in Mechanical/Automobile/Production Engineering (for Mechanical) or relevant field (for Electrical/Electronics) will be given preference.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years post-qualification working experience in the relevant domain.
- In-depth knowledge of CAD software Siemens NX and CAE software Simcenter 3D / Ansys or similar (Mechanical).
- Knowledge of simulation techniques (MBD, explicit analysis, FEA, vibration, thermal analysis), MS Project, manufacturing processes and engineering materials.
- Ability to read 2D drawings / 3D CAD models and explain troubleshooting on CAD files (Electrical/Electronics analog requirements).
Selection Procedure
- Eligibility Screening - only eligible candidates are considered further.
- Shortlisting (1:5 ratio) based on aggregate BE/B.Tech marks (50) + relevant post-qualification experience (40) + desirable M.E./M.Tech qualification (10) = 100.
- Personal Interview (50 Marks) + Practical Assessment on CAD/CAE/Modelling/Simulation Tools (50 Marks).
- Minimum 50% marks each in Personal Interview (25/50) and Practical Assessment (25/50) is mandatory to qualify.
- Final merit list prepared solely on marks of Personal Interview and Practical Assessment.
