Important Update: Cancellation of Candidature
The ESIC Medical College & Hospital, Surat has cancelled the candidature of several candidates for the posts of Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor and Senior Resident in various departments, as mentioned in the Result published on 22-07-2026 against Advertisement No. 01 of 2026.
Interviews were conducted from 06-07-2026 to 09-07-2026 and the result was declared on 22-07-2026. The Competent Authority has now cancelled the candidature of the following candidates with immediate effect.
Reasons for Cancellation
- Unwillingness to join the post (communicated via email)
- Failure to report for joining within the prescribed time limit
- Selection for more than one post with the candidate opting to join another post
