ESIC Medical College & Hospital, Basaidarapur, New Delhi invites applications from eligible candidates for engagement of the post of Scientist Grade-I (Embryologist) on a contractual basis for the IVF & Fertility Research Centre / Department of Reproductive Medicine & Surgery (F.No. DM(H)A-11/13/01/2019-MED(H)-Part(1) dated 27.08.2026).

Essential Educational Qualification & Experience
Candidates must fulfill any one of the following (as per Assisted Reproductive Technology (Regulation) Rules, 2022):
- Post-graduate in Clinical Embryology from recognized university (full-time, min 4 semesters) with 3 years human ART laboratory experience handling gametes & embryos
- Ph.D. (project related to Clinical Embryology / ART / Fertility) with 1 year human ART lab experience
- MBBS or BVSc with post-graduate degree in Clinical Embryology (full-time) with 2 years ART lab experience
- Post-graduate in Life Sciences or Biotechnology with 1 year on-site full-time Clinical Embryology certified training + 4 years experience in a registered ART Level-2 Clinic
Other Details
- Age Limit: Maximum 69 years (as applicable to ESIC contractual appointments)
- Application Fee: Demand Draft of Rs. 500/- in favour of "ESI Savings Fund A/c No.2" payable at New Delhi
- Security Deposit: ₹1,30,000/- as applicable
- Leave: 2.5 days per month
- Contractual & temporary; no right/claim for regular appointment
- No TA/DA admissible
