Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Should possess a post-graduate degree as a prescribed/recognised qualification or equivalent thereto in the respective subject.
- Experience: Senior Adjunct Faculty — 08 years of work experience in the concerned specialty after obtaining the PG degree; Junior Adjunct Faculty — 06 years of work experience after PG.
- Age Limit: Not exceeding 69 years as on the date of interview. Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC.
- It is obligatory to fulfil NMC/NBE statutory requirements.
Remuneration
- Consolidated remuneration as per ESIC policy (ESIC Hqrs. OM No. Z-17/11/1/2007/Med.IV dated 13.04.2022 and related letters). For Adjunct Faculty at Associate Professor level: Rs. 4,000/- per day.
- No other allowances; no private practice allowed during the tenure.

Terms of Contract
- Engagement initially for one year or till joining of a regular incumbent, whichever is earlier; terminable on one-month notice or on attaining 70 years of age.
