Age Relaxation

Terms, Posting & Benefits
- Fixed term engagement initially for 2 years, extendable by 1 year on satisfactory performance - maximum 3 years from the date of joining.
- Place of posting: different foreign construction sites of EIL; posting can be anywhere in India and abroad depending upon organisational requirement.
- During foreign posting: Living Allowance, R&R and other allowances as per Company rules.
- Paid leave of 2 days for each completed month; reimbursement of medical insurance premium up to Rs. 2,00,000 per annum; GPAI coverage; TA for official travel outside place of posting.
- No claim for regular appointment in EIL by virtue of having worked on a fixed term basis.
