Thorough verification of candidature and identity of candidates as per Services Department Circular No. F.16(3)/2007/S-III/1756-1763 dated 02.08.2021. Genuineness of documents, including verification of photographs, signature/handwriting on the application form, and admission certificates. Verification of reservation category certificates (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD) directly from the issuing authority. For OBC candidates, confirmation that the candidate does not belong to the creamy layer, as per applicable DOPT and GNCTD Revenue Department guidelines. For EWS candidates, validity check as per DOPT OM No. 36039/1/2019-ESTT(Res) dated 31.01.2019. Verification of experience certificates by the concerned User Department, since DSSSB has not verified these at this stage.

DSSSB reserves the right to rectify any errors or omissions detected at any stage in the result. The appointment letter will be issued by the Competent Authority of the concerned User Department only after verification of the correctness of information and documents, as per MHA OM No. 2/29/54-RPS dated 19.11.1954.
