IIT Ropar Defence Research and Innovation Foundation (DRIF) is a Section 8 company established at IIT Ropar. Applications are invited for the position of Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) on contract.

Job description

• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the main office; maintain the offices of the MD, classroom, labs and common spaces.
• Assist in document filing, copying and dispatching; ensure offices are properly locked before leaving.
• Collect and deliver office items, documents and parcels as instructed by the Senior Executive Officer.
• Prepare and serve tea to all office bearers; organise and arrange furniture for meetings or events.
• Maintain ledgers for all items received from various sources; ensure stationery is available to all office bearers.
• Photography of all events involving the MD and Chairman under the directions of the Senior Executive Officer / CEO.
• Report to the Senior Executive Officer for all tasks of the day; any other duties assigned from time to time.

Required skills and qualifications

• 12th Pass.
• Basic computer skills for office work; comfortable with routine office tasks such as filing, copying and dispatching.
