- OR Post Graduate degree (M.E/M.Tech) in Electronics or Power Electronics or Electrical Engineering in first division at both graduate and post graduate level
- Age not exceeding 28 years; relaxation 5 years for SC/ST/PH, 3 years for OBC
Stipend / Emoluments
- Rs.37,000 per month + House Rent Allowance as per rules
- Duration 2 years, may be extended for maximum 2 more years
