Eligibility
- Retired from Central/State Govt., PSU, Autonomous Body, University or Govt. R&D Organisation with practical knowledge and adequate experience relevant to the post's Terms of Reference.
- Must have retired at the prescribed pay level; minimum 15 days' gap between retirement and consultant appointment; unblemished service record.
- Experience of working with DRDO will be preferred. Effective communication and interpersonal skills required.
- Maximum age 63 years as on the closing date.
Remuneration
- Pensioners: last pay drawn minus basic pension (fixed monthly).
- Non-pensioners: Pay Level-6 Rs. 30,000; Pay Level-11 Rs. 50,000; Pay Level-12 Rs. 60,000 per month.
- Conveyance: Rs. 3,000/month (up to Pay Level-11); Rs. 5,000/month (Level-12 and above).
