Centre for Personnel Talent Management (CEPTAM), DRDO
Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), Ministry of Defence, Government of India invites online applications for direct recruitment to Senior Technical Assistant-B (STA-B): Group 'B' against 561 vacancies and Technician-A (Tech-A): Group 'C' against 203 vacancies under DRDO Technical Cadre (DRTC) – Advertisement No. CEPTAM-11. Recruitment is through Tier-I (CBT) and Tier-II (CBT) examinations.

Educational Qualification
- STA-B: B.Sc / Diploma as laid down against respective Post Code (Engineering/Non-engineering disciplines) on crucial date of eligibility.
- Technician-A: 10th Class + ITI Certificate in respective Trade OR Diploma/B.Sc (eligible per EQR), as per post code.
- Candidates with M.Sc/Ph.D/B.E./B.Tech degrees are NOT eligible for Technician-A.
Age Limit
Between 18-28 years as on crucial date of eligibility 01.01.2026; upper age relaxable as per Govt. rules (OBC-NCL +3, SC/ST +5, PwBD +10 etc.).
Selection Process
Tier-I CBT (all India, OMR-free, online) followed by Tier-II CBT for shortlisted candidates. Interview/Viva-voce not applicable.
