Responsibilities: Elicit/analyse/document requirements (BRD/FRD, RTM); translate lifecycles into configuration (objects, forms, workflows, SLAs, notifications, dashboards); workflow-versioning & migration policy; SLA/clarification/escalation; RBAC/ABAC across 4 actor classes; curated tenant-scoped reporting & KPIs; product roadmap/MoSCoW/backlog grooming; stakeholder coordination, UAT & sign-off; documentation (manuals, playbooks, release notes).
Qualifications: Bachelor degree with 5+ years business analysis/product management for enterprise/govt IT; case-management/grievance/workflow preferred. Skills: Requirements engineering/documentation; BPMN; multi-tenant SaaS/configuration-driven/RBAC/ABAC/SLA; GIGW/accessibility/DPDP; REST API/data models; Jira/Confluence. Remuneration: Commensurate.
