CSIR-IITR Lucknow invites online applications for purely temporary engagement as Junior Research Assistant (01 post) under project GAP-476, "Development of phyto-polymer filters from agricultural waste and assessing their application for sampling and treatment of air pollution" — development, characterization and performance evaluation of phyto-polymer filter media, including ambient air sampling and filtration-efficiency assessment.

Essential Qualification
- B.E. / B.Tech / M.Sc in Environment / Civil, with high academic attainment (first class in graduate and post-graduate examinations).
- Only Indian citizens who are residents of Uttar Pradesh are eligible (Research Assistantship under a CST, UP-funded project).
Desirable
- Experience in development, characterization and evaluation of polymer-based filter media for air pollution sampling and control.
Selection & General Conditions
- Selection solely on interview performance. Screen-in/screen-out list tentatively on 15.10.2026.
- Posts purely temporary, co-terminus with the project. No TA/DA; gate closes 10:00 AM.
