Cochin Port Authority Executive Engineer (Ele/E&C) Absorption / Deputation 2026
Cochin Port Authority (CoPA) invites applications for filling up of 1 post of Executive Engineer (Electrical / Electronics & Communication) (Circular No. A4/EE(Ele/E&C)/2026/S dated 11.08.2026). The post is to be filled up on absorption basis from serving employees of Major Port Authorities / on deputation basis.
Pay Scale
Executive Engineer (Ele/E&C): Rs. 50,000 – 1,60,000 (Pre-revised Rs. 10,750 – 16,750), IDA pattern as per Major Port Authority Rules.
Eligibility
Officers holding analogous post on regular basis in Major Port Authorities, or holding feeder post with 5 years of regular service in the Grade, in the scale of Rs. 40,000 – 1,20,000 or equivalent (pre-revised), in the Major Port Authorities.

Eligible officers should submit their applications through proper channel. Applications must be accompanied by:
- Bio-data / Application in the prescribed proforma
- Certified copies of ACRs/APARs for the last 5 years
- No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the parent organisation
- Photographs as prescribed
- Undertaking for no-withdrawal of application after selection
- Head-of-Office certificate (Annexure III)
- Vigilance clearance (Annexure IV)
- Copy of Probation order / confirmation order
- Certificate regarding EOL / Nil EOL during the relevant period
