• Head of IICM responsible for planning, administration and management of the Institute as a self-sustained centre
• Training, quality evaluation, skill certification, learning material development and syllabus updation
• Providing leadership on all technical, administrative and financial functions
• Reports to Director (HR), CIL

• Upper Age Limit: 62 years as on date of publication
• Minimum Educational Qualification: Degree in Engineering (any discipline), or MSW, or MBA/equivalent, or Chartered Accountant (ICAI), or Post-graduation in Management/HRM/Behavioural Sciences/Finance & Accounts
• Added Advantage: Doctorate degree in Management/HRM/Behavioural Sciences/Finance & Accounts/Engineering

• Minimum 25 years overall experience in Executive cadre/Officer grade, out of which: Minimum 10 years experience with last 2 years in a reputed Management Institute/Management Training Institute/Govt. Officers Training Institute OR Minimum 2 years as Dean/Head of Dept./Professor-in-charge

OR

• Minimum 25 years overall experience in Government/PSEs/Private Organizations with at least 4 years out of last 8 years from corporate HRD/T&D setup

OR

• Minimum 25 years experience in Government/PSEs with 2 years as full-time member of Board of Directors of Mini Ratna Category-I CPSE or 2 years as CMD of Mini Ratna Category-I CPSE

• Candidates from PSEs/Government must have minimum 2 years cumulative experience in E8 and/or E9 grade in specified pay scales and produce NOC
• Private sector candidates should be from large Public Limited Companies in Mining/Manufacturing sector with net worth of minimum Rs. 500 crores and Executive manpower of 1000+
