ICAR-CIFE Mumbai Young Professional-I & II Eligibility Criteria 2026
- Age: minimum 21 years and maximum 45 years as on the date of application/interview; age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PwD and other reserved categories as per Government of India/ICAR rules
- The engagement is purely contractual, time-bound and co-terminus with the scheme/project; initial period one year, extendable up to a maximum of three years on a year-to-year basis
- The engagement confers no right or claim for regular appointment or absorption in ICAR or any of its institutes
- Only candidates fulfilling the conditions will be called for the interview; selection is based on academic performance, skill sets and interview performance
- The interview may be postponed, rescheduled or cancelled during the recruitment process

- The decision of the Director, ICAR-CIFE, Mumbai is final and binding
ICAR-CIFE Mumbai Young Professional-I & II Qualification / Education
- Young Professional-I: B.Com/BBA/BBS with minimum 60% marks from a recognised university/college and minimum one year of experience in the relevant field
- Young Professional-II: B.Com/BBA/BBS with minimum 60% marks and CA (Inter)/ICWA (Inter)/CS (Inter) with minimum one year of experience in the relevant field; OR B.Com/BBA/BBS with minimum 60% marks and MBA (Finance) or equivalent with minimum 60% marks from a recognised institution, with minimum one year of experience in the relevant field
- Desirable (both posts): knowledge of IT applications and virtual meeting platforms; computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Tally
- Duties - YP-I: project-wise maintenance of accounts for ICAR-funded and externally funded projects, records of funds received and expenditure, vouchers, utilisation certificates, financial statements and assistance in audit and settlement of project financial matters
- Duties - YP-II: maintenance of the institute cash book, PFMS and PFMS Hybrid work, monthly bank reconciliation statements, NPS data, voucher register and digital financial records
