137 Composite Ecological Task Force Battalion (Territorial Army) 39 Gorkha Rifles is conducting a recruitment rally for Ex-Servicemen (Indian domicile, pension holders only) and Ex-Women employees (including premature retirees) of the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEF&CC) and State Forest Departments, on an All India basis. The rally will be held from 16 November 2026 to 21 November 2026 at Major Dhyan Chand Stadium, New Cantt, Prayagraj (Uttar Pradesh). Eligible candidates volunteering to join must report for screening (physical tests, medical examination and interview) at 07:00 AM on 16 November 2026. Selection is through physical tests, a trade proficiency test, medical examination and interview by a Board of Officers. The period of enrolment is 2 years from the date of enrolment, extendable by 1 year at a time subject to satisfactory performance. The Territorial Army is a voluntary organisation and no permanent employment is assured. Candidates should carry original Discharge Book, Pension Payment Order (PPO), 8 recent passport-size colour photographs, Character Certificate from Village Sarpanch/Police authority, Education Certificate and Domicile Certificate. No application fee is charged.
