Applicants should demonstrate expertise in one or more of the following:
Dr. Ambedkar’s thought and philosophy
Education
Social justice and inclusion
Cultural nationalism
Harmony and related interdisciplinary areas
Applicants should possess:
A PhD in a relevant discipline
A distinguished academic record in areas connected with Dr. Ambedkar’s thought, philosophy, education, social justice, inclusion, or harmony
A minimum of 10 publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals
A total research score of at least 120, as prescribed under UGC Regulations, 2018
At least 10 years of teaching or research experience at the university or college level as Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, Professor, or equivalent
Experience in guiding doctoral research successfully
The appointment will initially be for one year and may be extended, subject to approval and applicable rules.
Superannuated persons are not eligible to apply.
