- Education: LLB with Bar Council enrollment certificate.
- Experience: minimum 10 years standing as Advocate handling criminal matters in Sessions Courts; trial experience under the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 mandatory.
- Willingness to work on Government of India terms; details of important cases handled to be furnished.
