- Qualification: Diploma in Chemical Engineering/Chemical Technology (full-time regular course approved by AICTE)
- Minimum Marks: 60% aggregate for GEN/EWS/OBC(NCL), 50% for SC/ST/PwBD
- Experience: Minimum 1 year post-qualification work experience OR 1 year post-qualification apprenticeship training (under Apprenticeship Act, 1961) in relevant field in Refining/Petrochemical/Fertilizer/Power/Lube Industry of repute
- Age Limit (as on 01.07.2026): Min 18 years, Max 25 years (General/EWS). Relaxation: OBC(NCL) - 3 years, SC/ST - 5 years, PwBD - 10 years (up to 15 for SC/ST PwBD, up to 13 for OBC PwBD), Ex-Servicemen as per rules
