BITS Pilani Senior Instructor & Instructor (AIML/CSIS) – Off-Campus Positions 2026
Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani (BITS Pilani), a deemed-to-be university under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956, invites applications for Senior Instructor and Instructor positions in its Work Integrated Learning Programmes (WILP) Division for the AIML and DSE programmes of the Department of Computer Science & Information Systems (CSIS). Positions are regular, full-time (off-campus).

Eligibility / Qualifications
- Senior Instructor: M.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE), Information Technology (IT), Data Science & Engineering (DSE), Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning (AIML) or a closely related discipline.
- Instructor: B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE), Information Technology (IT) or a closely related discipline. Selected candidates are expected to enroll in and complete a relevant M.Tech programme as per institutional requirements.
Key Skills
- Senior Instructor: Hands-on experience across AI and computing - classical machine learning, data science, deep learning, NLP, LLMs and Generative AI; proficiency in Python programming, debugging and standard AI/ML libraries; ability to support advanced experiential courses and lab development (model building, RAG, responsible AI).
- Instructor: Foundational knowledge in Python, AI, ML, data science, data visualization, deep learning or NLP; comfortable with programming, debugging and standard office/learning support tools.
