BFUHS GGS Medical College Faridkot – Project Technical Support III (Clinical Pharmacist) Walk-in Interview 2026

Walk-in Interview is being held for one post of Project Technical Support III (Clinical Pharmacist) purely on Temporary/Contract basis under an ICMR, New Delhi funded project under the Department of Pediatrics at Guru Gobind Singh Medical College and Hospital, Faridkot on 27th August, 2026 at 9:00 AM. Interested candidates may submit their completed application form along with fee and self-attested documents in the Principal Office, Guru Gobind Singh Medical College, on or before 26th August, 2026. A Written test will also be conducted as part of the interview.

These purely temporary posts are a part of the ICMR Funded Project — “Comparison of Norepinephrine, Epinephrine and Dopamine in the treatment of Neonatal septic shock: A Randomized Controlled Trial.”

Vacancy & Pay Details

Tenure / Duration

• The posts are strictly temporary; the job period will not exceed completion of the project (likely March 2028). If the project is terminated or completed early, the posts will also be terminated.
• Initial appointment is for Three months, after which there will be a performance evaluation of the candidates.
• Further extension is given on quarterly basis till the maximum duration of completion of the project.
• Services may be terminated by the employer after giving one month notice; selected candidates may also leave the job after giving one month notice.
• Half month salary of the selected candidate will be deposited as security with BFUHS for the first two months of appointment. This security money will be forfeited if the candidate leaves the job without serving one month notice.

Eligibility Criteria

Essential Qualification (any one)

• Graduate (of minimum three years’ duration) in Pharmacy with three years’ experience in pharmacy; OR
• Post Graduate degree in Pharmacy; OR
• BSc Nursing with three years’ clinical / ICU / Nursing Teaching experience.

Desirable Qualification

• Neonatal and/or Pediatric Nursing experience.
• Working knowledge of Data Entry in computers.
• Experience in drug preparation in clinical research study(s), preferably involving children or neonates.

Age Limit

Upper age limit 35 years as on 27th August, 2026. Applicant must possess the requisite qualification & experience at the time of interview.

Nature of Duties

• Morning, evening and night shifts by rotation (duration of shifts may vary depending on number of working staff).
• Recruitment of study subjects.
• Obtaining written informed consent.
• Drug preparation in the laminar flow.
• Preparing the equipment for intervention.
• Collection of data.
• Coordination with the clinical care staff to collect research data.
• Any additional work as decided by the Principal Investigator of the project, including work of other research staff as needed.
