Qualification
- Mandatory: Two-year full-time First Class Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Personnel Management / HRM / Industrial Relations / Master of Social Work / MA (Social Work) with HR/IR/PM specialization, OR two-year full-time First Class MBA in HR.
- Desirable: Degree in Law.
Experience
Minimum 21 years of post-qualification experience in HR functions, preferably in a large industry (organisational design & development, HR policy, employee service matters, industrial relations, labour codes/EPF/ESIC/Gratuity, digitalisation of HR processes etc.).
Age & Relaxation
Upper age limit 51 years as on 30.09.2026; relaxable by 5 years (SC/ST) and 3 years (OBC-NCL); additional 10 years for PwD. Age relaxable for excess PQE, subject to a maximum of 57 years.
