- Experience: Minimum 7 years of substantial practical experience in litigation, particularly banking and recovery litigation with a Co-operative Bank, with hands-on court process experience (SARFAESI, RDB/DRT/DRAT, MCS Act, IBC, High Court, consumer disputes, etc.).
Job Profile
Independently handle and monitor litigation before Courts/Tribunals/DRT/DRAT/Co-operative Courts/High Court/Consumer Forums/NCLT; support Recovery Dept in recovery proceedings; handle SARFAESI/possession/auction/sale matters; advise on Banking Regulation Act, RBI directions for UCBs, MCS Act, SARFAESI, RDB, IBC; panel advocate management; prepare litigation MIS for management/Board.
