- Qualification: Graduation/Post-graduation in Accounting/Finance/Banking. CA/CMA/MBA (Finance) preferred. Certifications in Audit/Risk/Compliance an added advantage.
- Experience: Minimum 20 years of banking experience, out of which minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the banking industry and currently in a managerial role.
Job Profile
Lead and oversee the Internal Audit function across all branches and departments; develop risk-based audit plans; liaise with Statutory/Concurrent Auditors and RBI inspecting officers; conduct branch/concurrent/system audits; monitor compliance of audit observations; prepare audit reports/MIS for Board/Audit Committee; drive process improvements; oversee fraud detection & prevention.
