In addition to entry pay, allowances will be admissible under Central Government Rules. Only the Date of Birth indicated in the School Leaving Certificate or equivalent certificate will be accepted.
Upper age limit is relaxable for departmental candidates with not less than 3 years continuous and regular service in the same line/allied cadre (as per GoI orders); children/family members of those who died in the 1984 Riots (5 years); widows, divorced women and women judicially separated from their husbands and not re-married (as per GoI orders); and meritorious sportspersons (as per GoI orders).
Selection will be on the basis of performance in personal interview. In case the response is more, BARC reserves the right to restrict the number of candidates to be called for interview by conducting a screening test in the respective disciplines.
Application Fee is Rs. 150/- (Rupees One Hundred Fifty only), payable online. Fee is exempted for SC/ST and Women candidates. The Application Number is generated after submission; the fee must be paid on or before the last date of receipt of the online application, otherwise the application will be treated as incomplete and rejected.
