Posts and Vacancies

Key Eligibility Highlights

• Internal Audit Officer: officers from Government Departments/Institutions/Autonomous Bodies/PSUs with experience in Finance/Accounts/Audit in analogous Level-12 posts; or Level-11 with 3 years' experience; or Level-10 with 5 years' experience.
• System Administrator (IT): analogous post on regular basis, or 5 years regular service in Level-7/8/9; PG degree in Computer Science/IT/B.Tech or MCA with 55% plus professional certification (Microsoft/Oracle/Cisco/Sun/Red Hat) and 5 years' experience managing networks.
• Section Officer: Post Graduate Degree with 50% plus 3 years' experience equivalent to Sr. Assistant level; or Graduate with 50% plus 5 years' experience.
• Senior Assistant: Bachelor's Degree with five years' relevant experience in Level-4 / PB-1 Rs.2400 (6th CPC) or equivalent.
• Staff Nurse: B.Sc. (Hons.) Nursing, registered as RN/RN and RM with the Indian Nursing Council, plus six months' experience in a minimum fifty-bedded hospital.
• Sports Coach (Female): Bachelor's/Master's degree in Physical Education plus Diploma in Sports Coaching.
• Junior Library Assistant: Bachelor's Degree in Library Science/Library and Information Science, knowledge of computer applications, typing speed 35 wpm English or 30 wpm Hindi.
• Junior Assistant / Junior Assistant cum Caretaker: 10+2 or equivalent with typing speed 35 wpm English or 30 wpm Hindi. ITI Trade Certificate in Civil/Plumbing is additionally required for the Caretaker post.

Reservation

• One post of Section Officer and one post of Senior Assistant are reserved for Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) on horizontal reservation basis.
• Three of the 40 Junior Assistant posts are reserved for Benchmark Disabilities: one each for OH, VH and HH.
• SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer)/PwBD/EWS reservation follows UGC and Government of NCT of Delhi policies. PwBD candidates must have not less than 40% of the relevant disability.

Deadline basis: the advertisement sets the closing date relative to the date of publication in Employment News / Rozgar Samachar. Computed as 28 September 2026 + 21 days = 19 October 2026. The University had not published a fixed calendar closing date at the time of ingestion.

• Territorial jurisdiction for disputes lies with the High Court of Delhi.
• Deputation is governed by DoPT OM No. 6/8/2009-Estt.(Pay II) dated 17.06.2010; initial period 1 year, extendable subject to review.
